Requirements: Minimum 50% of the land must be permanent mixed forest The farms must have minimum 50% of the land as permanent mixed forest and original wild nature and from this concept with documentation help generating greater wildlife environment, and most important, a much greater natural absorption of carbon dioxide (CO 2 )   Maximum 50% of the land can be Christmas tree production sites Documentation of planting minimum 1 new plant for each removed tree To balance and maintain the CO 2  absorption and ecosystem of the farms, there must be documented, both practically and theoretically, buying, planting and removing journals. Sustainable heating of properties There must be documentation and visible use of some kind of self-sufficient heating systems – such as wood chips, straw or geothermal principal. Documentation of compliance with current plant protection standards Display certificates needed, storage facilities and management, filed storage- and treatment records in accordance with applicable legislation. Prove filed use of IPM (Integrated Pest Management)  Documentation of compliance with current fertilizer standards Display fertilizer accounts, storage facilities and management, filed storage- and treatment records in accordance with applicable legislation. Waste Management Identification and filed documentation of how legally to handle, store and dispose production disposal like plastic, paper, oil etc. Facilities for local handling Facilities for local handling and loading is required to minimize transport.
